An IT company from Tarnów that bridges two worlds - ongoing IT infrastructure management for businesses and specialized software development. For 15 years, we've been helping companies and institutions across the Lesser Poland region operate more efficiently and securely.
Two pillars, one team
AdminBrothers was founded on the belief that small and medium-sized businesses deserve the same kind of IT partner that large corporations have - competent, accessible, and committed. We started with classic IT support and over the years expanded into developing our own software.
Today, we serve dozens of companies and institutions in Tarnów and across the Lesser Poland region. We manage over 583 computers and 19 servers, and our flagship product - MyTotalMix - is used in hospitals across Poland. We're not a big corporation, and we don't want to be one. We focus on long-term relationships where we truly understand our clients' challenges.
The AdminBrothers team is made up of people passionate about technology and solving real business problems. We combine IT administration expertise with development skills - allowing us to approach every challenge holistically, rather than through the lens of a single specialty.
How we work
Quality
We don't cut corners to meet deadlines. Every deployment, every line of code, and every server configuration goes through our internal standards. We'd rather say we need more time than deliver something that doesn't work properly.
Honesty
We speak plainly - what we can do, how much it costs, and when it will be ready. We don't sell solutions that the client doesn't need. If something requires extra time or budget, we communicate that upfront.
Innovation
Keeping up with trends is a duty for us, not a hobby. We implement new technologies where they genuinely help - not because they're trendy. MyTotalMix was born from exactly this approach: we saw a problem and built a solution that didn't exist before.

15 years - from local IT support to our own medical software
We started as a local IT company serving businesses in Tarnów and the surrounding area. Year after year, our offering grew - along with our clients' needs and our team's expertise. Today, we're a Comarch partner and creators of our own application used in hospitals.
That's 15 years of real work, real projects, and real client relationships. No shortcuts - just consistently building a team and an offering that makes sense.
AdminBrothers launches as a local IT company in Tarnów. First contracts, first servers, first clients from the Lesser Poland region.
We're growing - new people, new skills. We start serving manufacturing and retail companies, deploying our first server solutions.
We become a certified Comarch partner. We begin implementing the Comarch XL ERP system - from process analysis to training and support.
In collaboration with clinical pharmacists, we create MyTotalMix - an application for parenteral nutrition management. Deployed at Szpital Skawina. Our own product in production.
We serve dozens of companies and institutions across the Lesser Poland region. We manage over 583 computers and 19 servers. Over 2,094 days without downtime exceeding 4 hours. MyTotalMix runs in a production environment.
